Based on electrochemical theory and practical application, we study the voltage-holding capacity (K value) of lithium-ion capacitors at 3.8 V and 3 V, the results show that the K value range of lithium ion capacitor is 0.0037~0.0102 V/day at 3.8 V and -0.0003~0.0007 V/day at 3 V.
